How does a team day run? We set up at your office and photograph everyone in 10-minute slots, so nobody waits long. Team days start at 8 people.
What if we have more people than the package? Extra people are $150 each beyond the package, added to the same day.
Can we have them faster? Yes. A 48-hour rush is available; tell us in your enquiry.
Can we use the photos in advertising? Web, LinkedIn and print collateral are included. Paid advertising use is licensed separately; tell us the campaign and we quote it.
When do we see the photos? Your finished gallery lands within 5 business days. Premium and Full Day sessions get a sneak peek within 72 hours.
Can we reschedule? Once, free, with 7 or more days' notice. Inside 7 days a $125 rescheduling fee applies.
What about the heat? When the forecast is 95°F or above, outdoor sessions move indoors or reschedule at no cost.
Want more photos, or another edit? Extra edited photos are $50 each after your included count. An extra revision round is $75.
